does anyone know where i can get a pdf download of the north section of the pennine bridleway route? planning to ride it this summer. the website used to have all the maps but now it only offers the loop sections and links to buying books (which don’t cover the whole thing anyway.) especially need the route from MT loop to settle.

    cheers.

I think I may have a .gpx file of it. Incidentally a mate rode it yesterday, the signposting is apparently good.

Your best bet is to get yourself the OS maps of the area. The Pennine Bridleway is easy enough to follow, as it’s clearly marked. But there are plenty of options for going off piste too.

If you want the maps online, try the Outside app. Good to use when you’re out and about as they download the maps to your phone, so you don’t necessarily need a signal to navigate
