Actual serious answer:

"A ewe", because it is pronounced the same as "you".

The whole "Use 'An' if the next word starts with a vowel" thing is nonsense.

The actual rule is to use 'An' if the next word starts with a vowel-sound.

Hence:

an MP3
an hour
a union
a one-track-mind
