    Bought an item from e-bay(tiny sum of money) on sunday evening and paid via paypal.
    The vendor claimed not to have recieved the money so i re-sent it. Paypal then claimed she had received both payments so i checked my account – both debited.
    She has now refunded my 2nd payment but refuses to post the item as she still claims not to have received the original sum.
    Paypal insist she received both payments??????

    raise a dispute with paypal and let them sort it out.

    Just done that, i'm confused as to where my money has gone really plus she has relisted the item that we wanted.

    I'd raise a dispute with ebay as well then – relisting within a few days of the auction finishing is a no-no.

    My guess is she got less than she wanted for it and has decided to brazen it out.

    All becomes clear…

    Raised a dispute with paypal and it seems they sent the money to a different account!
    All sorted now – poor girl must have wondered what the hell was going on!
