I’m the seller for an item on ebay that was described as used, but near new excellent condition blah blah blah.

I’ve just had a chargeback o my paypal account “significantly not as described” for an item which has been sold for a month now.

Do you reckon the buyer has a case.

IMHO a week yes, two at a push maybe. A month, no way.

Any experience of reversing an initial chargeback would be interesting.

Dunno but a mate who is a powerseller on ebay says they almost always side with the buyer, even when they are blatantly in the wrong.
