Right, just got one replacing a cheap and cheerful DeLonghi. Struggling to get a good press, I’m reducing the size of the grind significantly – do I need to go right down to a powder ?

Also, do you steam first or press first ? I’m getting better results steaming first, in contradiction to the manual.

Any other tips gratefully accepted.
