Leaves a great legacy of enthusiasm and knowledge. Well done that man.

He’s also a great one to choose for “Who am I?” 20 questions. He falls between the gaps between the questions, but everyone knows who he is!

His obvious knowledge and enthusiasm always made him watchable. Didn’t take himself very seriously. And he tawked proper! Sad loss to broadcasting.

Whenever he was on Parkinson or similar, they always got him to play the xylophone, he wasn’t too bad either 🙂

Met him a number of times, a fantastic gentleman with a brilliant sense of humour.
