Never used them before and they are over 200 miles from me. Phoned them as I had a bearing issue with my Nicolai and the uk guys our on holiday (but still replied to my email and suggested they maybe able to help, thanks). I was after a full bearing kit, but they havent got one, but was happy to chat for 5 minutes and offer some help keeping me going, no talk of an order. Advise worked and I called them up to thank them and order a set for when they do go.
