    Flying to Tenerife tomorrow (thomsonfly), trying to add our APIs for the last 2-3 days and the option is greyed out on the Thomson website when I enter my booking details.

    Just spoke to a human being and he says just check in as normal and they’ll do it then.

    We’re not terror threats so should be OK but a bit anxious about not having entered the API’s.

    Ironically the return flight (Monarch) has all been entered fine.

    We had the same issue flying with Thomson a few weeks ago. It was fine. Their system has been borked all summer, according to the call centre, but we were more twitchy since it was to USA and they are more finnicky on paperwork than Spain.

    We had exactly the same issue flying with them last summer iirc. They just did it when we checked in for the flight.
