Daft question, who is the county court paperwork signed by? (claimants solicitor?)

Given recent revelations about dodgy credit companies I’d be wondering if they’re actually a solicitor? check with solicitors registration authority maybe? would be a rather good defence…

Nearly every one gets off if they follow the procedure.

They tried to do me a few weeks ago and I ended up emailing the CEO of the store concerned. His PA then got my PCN wiped off.

I think if you now name the driver it reverts back to the first stage where you can request a popla code from them. They are chasing you as the registered keeper, however not to sure what happens if it was you driving!!
