I live at Cardiff Gate, near J30 and I think it might be quicker for me to drive to Newport to get the train 10 minutes later rather than to Cardiff Central. Now it looks like there’s an NCP at Newport station, but how do you get to it? Is it just a case of come off at J26, come down to the roundabout, turn right and then presumably you can filter off immediatly, looking at the Google Streetview pictures…
