Many years after a bit of a fling with a married man at my tennis club (I was 16,he was 32) I realised he was my children's English teacher at their secondary school - we did have quite a long chat one parents' evening, but he hadn't aged well

My marriage certificate states my occupation as 'student' and my wife's as 'teacher'.
That has raised a few eyebrows when I've used it for ID purposes, etc!

Used to fancy my English teacher years ago at school. My best mate now works with her and I've been to a couple of department nights out with them.. Was weird sitting chatting to her with a drink in me trying not to say anything stupid!
