    RM and PF are not related in this instance – all PF stuff is unaffected.

    Yep, last two parcels I've sent have both arrived next day (prices have gone up though and (iirc) insurance to £150 is no longer included in the initial price).

    Parcel Force arnt striking so then yes.

    Its only Royal Mail thats striking the rest of the services
    are fine.
