I’d like to fit some metal wire pannier baskets such as these for my town bike/cruiser thing.

I have a permanent set of dutch panniers fitted to the town bike. They strap on and look like a permanent fixture. About the same size as those baskets. Waterproof. Look for Basil panniers.
