I’m in need of packaing materials, ideally recycled/sustainable products, such as jiffy bag of various sizes, cardboard sheet, boxes e.t.c

Does anyone know of good cheap companies through their work?

Sorry dull, but probably quicker to post here and get suggestion/ recommendation than trawl through google and end up with shonky supplies.

    Thanks in advance 😀

When Mrs S senior was running a small mailorder business she got much of her packing stuff off eBay.

Depends on the volumes you’re after, but eBay makes sense as that’s where a lot of small mail order business trade.

Tidy cheers! I’ll check them out, TBH I’ll order in bulk as it’ll be cheaper and I’m going through stuff quickly due to the amount of units that are coming in at the moment.

If you are using Royal Mail for post, remember they operate Pricing In Portion, I send lots of little packages out, and use boxes which fit into the PIP sizing for Large Letter, saves a lot paying Large Letter rate not packet, for small items, I use http://www.defendapack.co.uk/pricing_in_proportion_boxes.htm

    Hope use these guys:

I reckon they would run through a few unprinted boxes on the back end of a hope run if this suited you.
I think most of us are familiar with the boxes hope use for stuff?

We use http://www.rajapack.co.uk at work. No idea if they’re cheap/expensive, but service is good and delivery always fast (and well packaged, funnily enough )

    Hi Loco

I’m the Graphic Designer at the aforementioned inspirepac.
This place is probably more high volume than I think you’d want to do. why not try speaking to the paper mills direct, they may let you have some waste board

    cheers
