    Have been looking at some of these how do they compare to my pike

    ve got fitted to my santa cruz blur classic I nearly always have the adjusted at 100 mm
    need to now the following
    now there pace Rc41 x-cam 130mm travel do they adjust to 100m and any thing in between like the pikes do
    wahts the launch control like
    And if you could give me your throughs of using them

    No, the rc40’s have travel adjust. RC41’s have the launch control, which means if you knock in the adjuster, they pack down to about 30mm into travel and lock there, until you hit an adjustable impact threshold, where the floodgate opens and forks become active again.
    I love them, best forks ive owned, but i do understand some people dont. I think they track the ground very well, great grip, but (at least mine) they are a little harsh through small stuff.All imo obviously.
    I bought some rc40s for my blur classic, but decided against them and stuck with my minutes, thought the longer travel may upset it.

    Key points to these forks:

    Very very light and pretty stiff too
    Give you a bit more travel than advertised not less like all other forks
    A gnat’s longer than other 130mm forks, good or bad depending
    Very progressive action, doesn’t ramp up to much.

    All in all a great fork, I’ve had two pairs over like 4 years and never had a problem.

    Swiftacular, still got those RC40s?
