    I bought a rc325.5 direct from pace but on checking the rear triangle looked out of line*.

    It arrived on a Friday night so I emailed them on a Saturday.

    I was expected a nightmare. Far from it. Got an email back the same day and then again on the Sunday.

    They didn’t have a replacement so I sent it back. Got an email back saying it arrived safe and a refund was back to my card within 3 days.

    I was pleasantly surprised at their service. Bit of a shame as I really liked the look of the frame.

    *Checked with a couple of different wheels and measured. Granted a frame shouldn’t be out of line but I guess these things happen.
