thinking of doing this to a smallish frame 16 inch, seat post clamp that takes a rack. then putting p clips on to hlod the bottom legs of the rack. if i use the seat post clamp will there be space to p clip above the disc brake caliper to avoid issues of fitting the rack around it.

other quesstion anyone know where to get a 30mm seat post clamp with the extra bolts to take a rack
