Having been nearly a year without riding, through no fault other then my own, I finally kicked myself into action, got the turbo set up and got the Downward Spiral in front of me. Blimey it hurts but you know what? it’s a good hurt. I think I’m back, there’ll be one more bike on the trails soon…..

True! I’m now thinking I need to punish my lethargy by mud-plugging, do we still not bother cleaning bikes after a winter ride? Am hoping so 😉
