If all they do is get your legs back to the strong part of your stroke quicker that’s good enough for me.

I really like my Works Components version, even if the hump looks like it’s in the wrong place.

I got an oval n/w ring from Superstar for a smidge over £20 in their sale, will fit it next year at some point.
