    Can anyone help?

I’m running outlook 2010 on Windows 7 and all was fine up until last week. But now it refuses to open. No error messages, and it looks like it is open in the toolbar, ie the outlook ‘tab’ is a rectangle not a square, but when I click on that rectangle nothing happens. I’ve tried closing the process, and I’ve tried reinstalling, nothing helps…

    Any ideas?

It’s aged old problem with Outlook I remember getting this years ago and it seems it still exists. Deleting profiles fixes it as it’s them that get corrupted or bug out.

Are the window metrics stuffed, I wonder? Ie, is it opening off-screen?

Try pressing alt-space-M, then either moving the mouse or using the cursor keys to see if it snaps back in.
