We have a PC that is running outlook 2007.

I need to transfer all the data over to a laptop, now I know that OL uses pst data files etc.

I have transfered the pst file, but is it possible to transfer the signatures, email accounts settings and stationery across to ? Or is it a case of setting all these up manually.

Yup it can be done, hold I'll find you a link that will explain it better.

Basically you need to create a username for the laptop the same as the desktop if I remember and the paste some files.

This is one way but I'm sure I did an easier way.

As I say I did it another way by copying user folders over but forgot how I did it.
