other half needs to renew passport for almost exactly a month from now…. Anyone recently applied and know roughly what the current turn around time is for postal applications?

My daughters took 1 week got it back on saturday

not the same I know but I got filled out the online form for a replacement driving licence on friday. it was on my door mat on monday. I was very surprised at the quick turn around!

8 days here, and that was over the new year, seemed very efficient to me

Did mine this time last year, was about 4 days, when the new one turned up I thought it was the old one back due to not filling in the form right. It was that quick.

5 days for two replacements 4 weeks ago (thanks to solicitor’s post room losing ours)

MrsMomos took 5 days at the begining of January.

1 week, door to door. Son’s renewal, last week.
(But the text said 3 weeks, then turned up the following day!)

Mine took about 4 days around a month ago. My Dad just changed his and took about a week.

My Mrs has just done hers and it was 5 working days from them receiving it to a new one appearing.
