    Got one of the above Sat Navs which allows you to upload OS maps and routes etc.
    Anyone know once you find a local route you want to ride, how do you plot in on the OS maps within the sat nav ?

    Menu>Overlay>Create>Track, and then just draw on the screen with the pointer.
