    Hi.

    Checking out the OS map key, the green diamonds are described as national trail or recreational path.

    Does anyone here know if we can cycle along these trails ?.

    As far as I am aware only if they are on top of green bridleway markers. (long green dashes and not short green footpath dashes)

    As above. National trails / recreational paths confer no “right of passage” for bicycles. Unless, of course, you’re in a civilised country…..
