My contract came to an end in dec and I foned orange and said can I have my unlock code please as I want to move my precious phone no elswhere. They said why yes, but can we make you an offer? They did, I accepted, happy days.

Unfortunatly this has now gone tits up as today my sim stopped working and orange say its because I used my unlock code to move my phone to tesco mobile. Which I patently didn’t do.

I just phoned tesco mobile they have never heard of my number or me, and have even offered to write and confirm this.

Unfortunatley orange customer services (at least the useful UK based ones) are closed now, have to wait until morning to restart my rant. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
