Come on you lot don’t be shy in telling it how it is!

Looking at a cheap pair £40 and wondering what they’re like for bog standard XC with no air or big whoops.

    Cheers

I’ve had some on the Ragley for over a year now. Still going strong. Not the lightest but for the price. They’ve been ace.

Thanks nant. Any idea of the weight?

No idea if things are still the same but the free hub on mine was awful. Not serviceable but the life span of a gnat. Not worth 30 quid for a new onre. Front is fine.

Mine have been great for the money.

    £40 a set?

Yup £40 for the pair I reckon it’s worth a punt!

2 years winter and summer riding and mine are still going round. They needed the rubber rim strips to go tubeless.

Couldn’t see the wheels the OP is talking about but if anyone is after 27.5s then they have a WTB KOM 25mm internal rim whhelset with xd driver and high engagement hub for £199. If you can work out who makes the hub’s for a decent source of spares then got to be pretty good value.
