I saw an interview with Muttley (?) and he sounded surprisingly well-spoken – seems like the broad lancashire accent was put on.

Seen in concert or seen wandering along the street? Are they as doll-like as they seem?

he actually calls himself muttley, i did once see his real name when we checked into a hotel but i can’t remember it. Tristan doesn’t ring a bell

Ah, the Macc Lads. I was a big fan when I was 18, back in 1985. Saw them in concert a few times, but then I grew up. Or at least I thought I had, until I gave into the urge to download their greatest hits from iTunes, and now it’s the album most listened to on the bike.

Seems we never really grow up at all!

Yes Tristan was the lead singer in the Macc lads.
He has a posh Cheshire accent and attended that famous seat of learning ‘The Kings’ in Macc.
Hubby knows all the words to their songs, makes me laugh.
