Windows 7, IE9. No matter what I do, I always get this warning when an intranet site has a mix of secure and unsecured content. I’ve added the site and the whole intranet to the trusted sites, I’ve told it not to complain about it but it still does.

    Any ideas?

you tried going back to default security settings in explorer – i used to get it alot since work installed forefront.

reset explorer security and it stopped it

I’m not sure if there’s much you can do – sounds like you’re on an https page which is pulling in http stuff (maybe like images). Have a look and see if you can pull everything via https.

Yep, it’s painful. It sounds as though you have already done the enable mixed content on your trusted sites thing as well 🙁

In the end I just gave in and use Chrome most of the time now as it seems to cause less problems. is it possible you are on a domain and there is a group policy that is overriding your settings?

Chrome hasn’t got Java set up which annoys me, and I can’t seem to figure that out either despite being a Java developer 😳

Need to spend some time once I have done my frigging expenses (see earlier thread)

Bleah. Can’t remember how that was done. Think It was just by reinstalling java from java.com from within chrome. Hate this stuff

    Enjoy fiddling your expenses.

I suspect my client are going to do better out of it than I am, with the amount of stuff I’ll forget about.
