Enjoyed it but it made me sad as I haven’t been able to run for a few years now. As much as I love bikes I really miss the simplicity of running 🙁

Her hubby Iain is a top ultra runner too I believe.

Iain is the main reason I don’t use Strava.

I mean, what would be the point. That said, he currently lives somewhere very flat, so at least I’d destroy him with cumulative ascent.

Nice video, spent most of the beginning of it trying to work out where it was shot – apart from the Welsh warning sign it could have been northern Spain, even the rock formations look the same.
