In an uncharacteristic fit of enthusiasm last year I decided to re-paint the outside of the house. So I bought a load of paint, but only managed to finish the front before boredom set in.
The rest of the tins, some opened, some untouched, sat in the garage over winter and when I decided to do a bit more at the weekend i found they'd all been got at by the frost.
It's all Dulux Trade Weathershield paint. Some is the smooth masonry water based and some is the high gloss oil based.
The masonry paint has gone a bit grainy and the oil based has gone all thin and hard to mix to an even consistency.
Will it all have to be chucked or is there a way of bringing it back to life?
If it were mayonaisse, I'd just add another egg and keep stirring, but it's not.
