if there is a food, that is low fat, high energy, good carb, lean protein, capable of fueling a person on a endurance based activity…..what would that food be.

Livercake! Sounds like something you might find in a Northern chip shop!

Is it possible to have a high-energy food that isn't high in either fat or sugar?

Or Refined Cane Sugar? (low fat, high energy, good carb, lean protein, capable of fueling a person on a endurance based activity)

Or maybe 6 tonnes of apples?

Or the nice french speciality of the Andouillette sausage?

Liver lollies are hard to get hold of in the UK, but cat liver sticks and various "liver treats" marketed at dogs are readily available and are indeed both tasty and exceedingly nutritious.

I suppose you could push a kebab skewer into a cat-stick, and have a liver lolly!

Could Liver Treat Sprinkles be substituted for chocolate flakes, or hundreds and thousands?

Liver treats are best sprinkled on your porridge. The liver sticks go in the back pocket of your racing jersey so that you can get that liver-rush going on when you're shredding to the max on the red line all the way. They're best on a stick as a recovery food though.

I'd say forget about the protein during activity, it's only absorbed quite slowly and your body has loads of it already

Protein is absorbed faster if it's in lolly form. That's what makes our new Liver-Lollies so good. Keep sucking a Liver-Lolly to keep your protein levels high for maximal shred.

And the best thing is, Liver Lollies™ melt in your mouth, not in your hand. Or pocket. Or bag.

Liver Lollies™ are going to be MASSIVE on the UK free-ride scene. In Canada, the huckers are massive on it. Does anyone want a sticker with "EAT MY LIVER" on it? Or a sun-hat?
