Do you start a thread regarding delivery for every single little thing you order saying their service is exemplary?
Probably not.
This is the point I’m making. Their service should be amazing 100 percent of the time. In my case the times I ordered from one one things went wrong – wrong items,stuff not turning up etc.Contacting via email got no reply and the phone used to ring and ring with no answer.
It’s nice to hear you got the forks pretty sharpish but they turned up as they should.
I have never had a problem with CRC, Wiggle,LBS etc and have never started a thread about their prompt service.
I think the number of times you’ve mentioned this probably exceeds the number of things you’ve bought from them. Especialy as most times it’s followed by words tothe effect “I’ll never buy form them again”.
