    Yes in short. Particularly if it’s something new as it’ll be cheaper within 3 or 4 months.

    Depends how desperately I needed it.

    If I could just hang around for a while in the hope it’ll be reduced then I’d do that but if I needed it relatively quickly then I’d risk paying the full price.
