so before I go shopping what’s the biggest tyre you have put on your on one inbred 26er Horizontal dropouts?
my riding area is stony and I wand a big fat tyre wile I save up for a fat bike.
I rarely go in mud as I live in Cyprus and we don’t get it much.

What pressure are you running?

Had a 2.4 Maxxis Advantage without clearance issues in mine, 2.4 Ardent would fit easy too but then again you won’t want a Maxxis tyre anyway if you ride in a stony area on account of the flimsy sidewalls

I tend to run fairly low pressures; mainly because I pump them up reasonably hard and then forget about them until they’re super soft 🙂
