Hello all,
Just curious to see if anyone else hasn't been out riding lately?
Due to a combination of crap weather, weekend work, babies to help look after and other stuff,
I haven't been out for a good 2-3 hour ride for nearly 3 weeks 🙁
I still ride my commute to work which is about an hour there and back so I've still got a bit of fitness,
the next proper ride (when it comes around!) might be a bit of a shock.
Can anybody help with my guilt? 😆

Your lucky: What with a combination of hand problems and the flu I've been mountain biking twice since I got back from Canada at the end of July and not ridden my road bike for two weeks.

Count yourself lucky.
