I’m selling an old Look KG 111, I got it as a mess, did it up and used it now and again, but have 2 modern road bikes that I just prefer riding.

Its in good condition now, and original apart from the rack, new cables, saddle and tyres.

I wouldn’t even know where to start for selling price, as its old, but hopefully desirable to some. What does the hive-mind of singletrack think?

Over on Retrobike there’s a “what’s it worth?” thread.

The retro market for late 80s/early 90s is a bit dead, particularly mid-range models. The only things that get good money are top end frames from the big brands – the stuff that people hankered for in their youth but couldn’t afford. If it was a top range carbon model with DuraAce or Record, then it would have a lot more interest/ value to a collector.

I’m not so sure, there’s a whole thread dedicated to old Looks on lfgss, might be worth a try over there or even a butcher’s just to see what they’re going for
