Meant to be climbing tomorrow, but the mwis is looking stinking,so I think I will stay in and cook instead, seems all the excuse(as well as the rugby being on)that I need to “hide” copious quatities of wine.
So any nice stew type recipes? Cheers.

I always end up with variations on the same basic stew
beef (cubed) coated in flour + smoked paprika then browned
    onions & leeks browned
    potato
    sweet potato
    swede
    carrots
    mushrooms
    chopped plumb tomatoes (or passata)
some sort of beans or lentils
    medium chilli
    oxo cubes
    basil
    garlic
    tomato purée
    worcestershire sauce
    salt pepper
    water as needed

Stew the first night then soup after that :p
