20 mins rollers last night
20 mile commute today, and every day for the rest of the week.
I’ve ordered some bathroom scales too, I want to be back to race weight by end of feb.

I went clothes shopping just after Christmas. It was downright embarrassing. After trying to struggle into my usual 32″ trousers I gave up. Considered going up a size but instead resolved to just come back in a month or so.
