Have we done these yet? Anyone want to buy a kidney?

They’re no more expensive (RRP wise) than the competition. Two positive air chambers and one negative sounds interesting, if there’s no step going from one to the other. One piece crown steerer is nice too.

    More here.

Look nice, but I wonder what the UK pricing will be.

Hopefully the price will be just the exchange rate USD > GBP, without a heavy mark-up.

From what I’ve seen this seems to be my perfect fork. Aside from the pric tag and I guess we’re unlikely to see it offered with any signifcant discounts either 😥

Just add 20% Vat on that…

    Apparently it’s a 46mm offset which seems a bit short for a 29er fork.

The Pikes on my Enduro 29er are 46mm offset, seem fine to me.

I thought a lot of 29er forks were moving towards 51mm?

Current thinking seems to be moving back to 46 offset, especially for longer forks.

They’re £850 in my local shop. Pretty respectable. Less than a fox 36.

There’s a 650B version imminent and also a prototype 36mm platform being tested by Alex Lupato in Italy.

Initial “first looks” and Alex’s feedback on MTBCult all talk about the suppleness off the top, stiffness due to single piece crown/steerer and just the quality feel. This could shake things up a bit I reckon – and £850 is bloody good.
