my current seasonal superfood is:

chilled roasted courgette chunks, beetroot chunks and diced cold new potatoes. Tossed with a big dollop of cottage cheese, olive oil and black pepper.

I love summer veg.

I think you’ll find the fish finger butty, complete with tommy k and a cheese single, on proper dole bread to be the pinnacle of the particular culinary experience you’re aiming at. In fact… Cheers! That’s what I’m having when i get home. Nom nom nom 😀
