my current seasonal superfood is:
chilled roasted courgette chunks, beetroot chunks and diced cold new potatoes. Tossed with a big dollop of cottage cheese, olive oil and black pepper.
I love summer veg.

My brother in law actually physically gags if he has to handle cold beans. Something to do with the consistency. Yep. You guessed it, he's not a northerner
