    Lol!

    To contribute to the “argument” – the Zero tabs contain electrolytes – for hydration, not energy. They can and should be used on race day to help keep you hydrated. The extreme ones contain caffeine just to keep the mind sharp…

    But easygirl is right, one shouldn’t mistake them for an energy supplement, “zero cal” being the clue…
