If so, how much chilling and does it vary much by pinot noir?

Any recommendations for a decent pinot noir for £15?

I serve my burgundies a little below room temperature but not chilled.

The only red I chill is cabernet franc.

Yep, pop in the fridge for a bit. Like I do with real ale to achieve cellar temperature.

Pinot is best served just slightly below room temp if it is warmish/summer conditions or at room temp if the weather is cooler according to the viticulturist sitting across from me. Although he also said it very much depends on the depth of the wine itself what works.

My favourite is Sancerre Pinot Noir which I prefer chilled. Unsure if I should but that's how it tastes best to me!
