  • numpty Q – adding air to a Marzocchi AM1-SL fork

I’ve had a 2007 Marz AM1-SL on my BFe for about 18 months and always found it great – I know there were problems with the ATA cartridge(?) on a batch from around that time, but I’ve never noticed anything. Recently though, the fork has bottomed out once or twice on dropoffs and I’m wondering if I maybe need to just add air?

These are the first air forks I’ve had, so this is new to me. I’ve got an adapter for the fork, can I just use my track pump and the air pressure table, or is there some expensive piece of kit required?

    cheers!
