Dher must be idiots. No really, I mean, if I trust some people on here, apparently 12kg still is heavy for a proper mountain bike. So if I follow the weight weenie brigade ways of thinking, a DH bike shouldn't be more than 15 16 kg at the most. So why oh why, do they keep going down on bike that weight 18-20 kg?
And why people like Absalon ride bike in the 13-14 kg region when they could ride one lighter for mtb racing?

Oh dear. I'm trying not to rise to the bait, so I'm just going to say "horses for courses" and quietly leave.
