  • Northwave boots/shoes – spare studs?

Having treated myself to a pair of Celsius Arctics this year, I’ve already lost a toe stud after half a dozen rides, as I failed to check their tightness. Can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier of spares/importer, as my google-fu is week? Or can I just screw in a footie/rugger boot stud, not being OCD about matching?

    TIA!

My northwave boots are quite old so it might have changed, but I just use metal footy studs. Seem to remember them being cheap as from somewhere like sports direct or jjb

I use Decathlon nylon studs in mine. Easily trimmed with a hacksaw or grinder if they feel a touch long. Less than a fiver for 12 I think.

Thanks, Martyn & Matt. I’ve found that i-ride are the distributors, can supply direct, and had a list of NW stockists, one of which has told me that football/rugby studs would also fit (& be cheaper), so JJB/SD trip at lunchtime!
