    3 questions

In real terms should we be worried about North Korea ?

Why has America got involved again ?

Why don’t some elite SAS squad take the leaders out of North Korea, surly the people of North Korea would appreciate it and then they can all live in happiness !?!?

Probably not though there’s always a risk that escalation and a spark can lead to bigger confrontation

Because they’re the WORLD POLICE! Or more to the point, because they’re committed to defending South Korea for historic reasons along with anything else

Right… That’s been well proven to work in the past..

America is involved because South Korea is an ally to them.

North Korea is clearly a dangerous place rules by psycho’s.

Nuclear threat was always going to prompt America to get involved. They have been ally’s with South Korea for a long time and troops are out the training as they have been for years.

    Something needs doing ASAP.

You might want to check out how well it went the last time we had a war with them. Might have been an idea before invading Afghanistan (again) too.

US (and UK) will only make the first military move if there’s oil.
Prolly best for China to do something, although I expect their first move would be setting up refugee camps.
