Rigid forks suck…

how do I know… well I fitted some nice new Manitou Minutes to my Swift..

fantastic! work nice, just enough comfort and allow you pump the tyre up more

Not sure how godd that actually are in terms of the comp from fox / rockshox etc as tht ;ast time i used suspension forks for back in the day of Mag 21 Rockshox and rubber bumper Manitou, both of which were cack

The singular rigid fork is very good as far as rigids go but they're not a patch on decent suspension 😉

those manitous look very upright, or is it just the camera angle that makes the head angle look so steep?

Yer uneven ground, tried to get bike level, but it kept falling over… And yes probably camera angle, they were all but the same axle to crown as the steel singular fork.. So perhaps with a little sag might steepen the angles a bits
