I'm looking at planning a biking trip to Europe (French Alps ideally) sometime this Summer with a few mates, including wives/GFs and a couple of kids too. Ideally I'd like to try and find a nice chalet...I'm thinking balconies, hot tub etc.; a bit of luxury really so those not riding can enjoy the break properly too.

Anybody got any places they can recommend?

We stayed here last December and it's a really nice place. I think there were 20 of us there and it was 2000 Swiss Francs for the weekend.
I don't know what the mountain biking in Crans Montana is like though, there are bike trails and a bike park for sure. Verbier isn't too far away either...
