For a bunch of mates coming from England by motorbike….any good suggestions?

How many? Budget? Self catering or catered? Lots of options, but a bit more info would be useful.

Aviemore itself isn’t the most picturesque village – if I wasn’t staying at the Macdonald, I’d go for somewhere up towards Inverdruie / Coylumbridge / Glenmore

Bit harsh that – at least compared to Fort William

Fort William warrants it’s own special grading of **** hole

Alvie House? Linky We’ve stayed in the North Wing a couple of times and love it. Might be a bit big for what you’re looking for – but may be an option.

It’s self catering but gives you tons of space. Very comfortable and friendly folks running it.
