not too long, maybe 1 mins to 1.5 mins

Good grief, what’s that then? brown water?

Let it stew man, catch it just as the tannin starts to give it bitter taste – about 7 minutes. Add a drop of milk, and you’re away. I like my tea stronger than most people drink coffee. I think I have a tannin addiction…

    hot water, not boiling.

it’s ready sooner than you might think, longer isn’t better.

you may have some small amount of sugar, or honey, if you’re feeling delicate.

    allow to cool a little.

    enjoy at your own pace.

milky tea is for people who don’t really like tea.

when you drink 6-8 cups a day, mug > bag > water > milk > squeeze is fine.
anything else is just a waste of precious time.

Black tea is for people who don’t like milk in their tea.

Sweet tea is for people who don’t like unsweetened tea.

Can someone get the “Doc Brown – Tea rap” from youtube and post it here please.

    Humorous, informative and relevant.

it doesn’t surprise me in the least that you don’t like the tea you make.

I bet no-one else likes your tea either.

I’ve never had a cup of tea that wasn’t disgusting in at least 2 different ways. And OK, sure, maybe every single one of them’s been somehow defective but tea drinkers have been drinking from the same pot and going MMMMMM lovely tea…

Some people just have poorly wired tastebuds I guess, it’d take me too long to solder them up right so I’ll just let them get on with it.

Tea and coffee complement each other…I drink both and when I switch you appreciate them more 🙂
